– Handle day-to-day company operations and monitor third-party relationships;
– Drafting of legal documentation in relation to the liquidation process;
– Drafting and convening of shareholders’/members’ general meetings;
– Coordination and liaison with notaries, independent legal and tax specialists;, shareholders/members and local administrations;
– Follow-up of legal publications;
– Preparation of liquidation tax returns;
– Keep the fund/company’s files during the legally mandatory period.
